30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Teacher Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and follow their refund request process. Alternatively, you may contact our support team and we will facilitate the request with Paddle on your behalf.
Refund eligibility
- Refunds are available within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Refunds apply to the current subscription period only.
- If you have used the service during the refund window, you are still eligible for a full refund.
- Refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
After the refund period
Refund requests received after the 30-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but we cannot guarantee approval. We encourage you to try the 14-day free trial before committing to a paid subscription.
Cancellation vs. refund
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Teacher Dashboard or via Paddle's customer portal. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to Teacher Pro features until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund unless the request falls within the 30-day money-back guarantee window.
